Thomas Toch
Toch is co-founder and co-director of Education Sector and one of the nation’s leading education writers. Prior to co-founding Education Sector in 2005, Toch was director of the NCEE Policy Forums program and Writer-in-Residence at the National Center on Education and the Economy, a leading education policy center. He founded the policy forum program in 2003 to promote discussion on school reform among the nation’s education leaders.
